In recent years, his professional focus has shifted toward longevity medicine and preventive health. Driven by a deep interest in health span optimisation, Dr. Fox explores how evidence-based diagnostics, lifestyle medicine, and personalised strategies can improve vitality, resilience, and long-term well-being.
